Default New Hobbiton pics!

So... it looks, to me, pretty much like it always did: http://www.theonering.net/torwp/2010...-and-a-report/

Also, I'm really starting to wonder why it's taking them so long to greenlight the project - is it just the script? Couldn't they finish it up while production for the first movie is underway? And are they going to meet their filming deadline?

Still, fun to see. Really pretty location that I would love to visit if I ever have the opportunity, and I look forward to seeing it again in the films.

Pics look great, I think they are working on the film budget and thats why its taking so long. It seems silly because once the film is released its going to make a killing at the box office, I say it will break the 1 billion dollar mark.

I am thinking of doing a trip to NZ and this will defferently be one of my stops

Sam, you're right. They're going to make (another) mint of these movies. So given that they already made one from the trilogy, budget shouldn't be a real problem.

It's probably some rights squabble, or something drama-ish like that.

Woow, how awesome is it to live not too far from there, and be able to go and see the Hobbit holes whenever you feel like it? I'm so jealous lol.

A trip to New Zealand is my number two dream location I want to visit. And seeing as, lucky me, I went to my number one location not too long ago (New Orleans, last year at the end of March), New Zealand will be the next big trip, once I can afford it again.
