As I type this I'm using Windows XP, on my Mac (which dual-boots Windows and OS X) - and it feels really weird, because I hardly ever have the need to run Windows.
Anyway, I'm curious what other people use. If you use more than one thing, just pick your favorite one or the one you use most.

I am using Windows XP, but I've got Linux as well. XD

Oh, cool. I should try Linux someday... I should be able to set it up on my computer easily enough, but I've never really bothered with it.
Windows 7 looks interesting, even though I doubt I'd use it any more than I currently use XP.

I'm on Vista, an OS which I believe gets a worse rep than it really deserves. ;)

I'm a hardcore Mac person, so I'm on my beloved Mac right now!

Windows XPx64 (64-bit). I think XP is the most versatile OS because it's been around longer than most. Other than the occasional non-existent 64-bit driver, I have zero complaints about this one. Plus, it's far less bloated than Vista.
I've tried fiddling around with Linux, but honestly I want my OS to work without me having to fight with it. There are times when tinkering is fun, but most of the time I want my PC to do what I want it to do, when I want it to do it. Basically, an OS should be transparent, not an obstacle course.

I heard that Vista is somehow a bad operating system, much worst than XP, even those from 2004.

I use Vista. I'm not really that good with computers, so I haven't noticed if it's bad or not:p

Vista gets a really bad rap. Some critics didn't like it, then a load of internet peeps jumped on the bandwagon without trying it for themselves.
No, it's not a perfect system but it certainly isn't awful. In many ways, I prefer it to XP. I haven't had any problems with it and I've been using it for a long time now on all my machines.
